Saerin Studio is an AI-powered platform for user-generated content (UGC) campaign management and content creation. The Service includes AI content generation, content analysis, campaign management, social media account management, and content publishing tools.

You must create an account to use most features of the Service. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your password secure, and notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Saerin Studio reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. API Usage & Third-Party Platform Terms

By using Saerin Studio, you agree to be bound by the TikTok Terms of Service when using TikTok-related features. Similarly, use of Instagram or other social platform integrations is subject to those platforms' respective terms.

You agree not to use the Service to violate any third-party platform's terms of service, community guidelines, or applicable laws. Saerin Studio is not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms regarding your account or content.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or post through the Service. By using Saerin Studio, you grant us the necessary permissions to facilitate the upload of your content to TikTok and other connected social media platforms.

This license is limited to operating the Service on your behalf and does not grant Saerin Studio any ownership rights over your content. We will not use your content for any purpose other than providing the Service unless you give explicit consent.

You represent that you have the rights to any content you upload and that your content does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.

6. AI-Generated Content

Content generated through our AI tools (images, video scripts, and analysis results) is provided "as is." While you may use AI-generated content for commercial purposes, you are solely responsible for reviewing it before publishing.

Saerin Studio does not guarantee that AI-generated content is free from errors, biases, or intellectual property concerns. You agree not to use AI features to generate content that is illegal, harmful, deceptive, or violates any third-party rights.

7. Credits & Billing

Certain features of the Service require credits. Credits are deducted when you use AI generation and other premium features. Credit costs vary by feature and are displayed before each operation.

Credits are non-refundable except where required by law, or in cases where a technical failure prevents delivery of the requested service (in which case credits are automatically refunded).

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any applicable laws
• Generate or distribute content that is harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or obscene
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service without authorization
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Circumvent any credit or rate-limiting mechanisms

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by Saerin Studio and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use Saerin Studio's trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Saerin Studio does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saerin Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

12. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through the account settings page. Saerin Studio reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Saerin Studio operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
