We automatically collect usage data such as pages visited, features used, and timestamps to improve our service. We do not collect information from third-party sources beyond what is described in the TikTok Data Usage section below.

3. TikTok Data Usage

We use the TikTok API to allow users to authenticate and post content. We only access data for which you have granted explicit permission. This may include your TikTok display name, profile information, and the ability to publish content on your behalf.

We do not access your TikTok direct messages, private videos, or any data beyond the scopes you explicitly authorize during the OAuth consent flow.

4. Data Retention

User access tokens are stored securely and encrypted. We do not store your TikTok password. You can revoke access at any time via your TikTok settings or by disconnecting your account from the Saerin Studio dashboard.

When you delete your Saerin Studio account, we remove your personal data, connected social account tokens, and generated content from our systems within 30 days. Anonymized usage analytics may be retained for service improvement.

5. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell your TikTok data to third parties. We do not sell, rent, or trade any of your personal information.

We may share data with the following categories of service providers solely to operate our platform:

• Cloud infrastructure (hosting and storage)
• AI service providers (OpenAI) for content generation — only the prompts you submit are sent, with no personally identifiable information attached
• Social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram) for publishing content you explicitly choose to post

Saerin Studio is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete that information promptly.
